Yes. Facilities are protected by 24/7 on-site security, CCTV and biometric access, and your equipment sits in locked racks accessible only to authorised contacts.
Can I scale up my rack space?
Yes. Start with a quarter rack and grow to full racks or cages as you need. Power and cross-connects scale with you on the same agreement.
What's included in my monthly fees?
Rack space, power allocation, cooling, physical security and facility access. Connectivity, cross-connects and smart hands are added as you require them.
Are SLAs provided?
Yes. Colocation services carry facility-backed SLAs on power and environment, plus our own network SLAs on any connectivity we deliver to your rack.
