A Critical Information Summary (CIS) sets out the key facts about a plan in a standard format: what the service is, what it costs, the minimum term, what is and is not included, and how to contact us or make a complaint.
You can download the CIS for any plan before you sign up. If a summary you need is not listed yet, contact us and we will send it to you.
