What footprint do you interconnect with?

Our own network reaches all 121 nbn points of interconnect, the major capital city data centres and the main exchanges.

How do we interconnect with you?

Over an NNI in any of our shared facilities, a cross-connect where we are co-located, or virtually via Megaport. Layer 2 handoff with your choice of C-TAG arrangement.

Can we resell under our own brand?

Yes. Whitelabel Broadband, phone systems and hosting are all built for that: your brand and your customer, with our network and tools behind you.

What are the minimum commitments?

It depends what you buy: per-service rates for virtual ISP partners, or a total commitment for capacity products. No retail-style lock-in contracts.

How is support handled for wholesale partners?

You get a direct line to our dedicated wholesale support team, engineer to engineer. Your customers stay yours and we never contact them.

How quickly can services be provisioned?

Whitelabel Broadband is set up through the same system we use for our own customers, usually the same day for straightforward orders. Larger capacity services depend on the connection and are quoted with the order.
