Free standard installation on a 36-month term. Choose your Class of Service:
Up to $1,000 connection rebate on new Direct Connect services until 31 December 2026. $600 on 250-900Mbps, $1,000 on 1Gbps. 36-month term, order completed before 31 March 2027, credited on your first invoice.
Classes of Service
Choose how much of your bandwidth is guaranteed. Committed bandwidth is reserved for you at all times; the rest is best effort, meaning it is there when the network is not busy.
Low CoS
Speeds include best effort contention and are not guaranteed. Best for web browsing, file transfer, e-commerce and email. Included in our standard plans.
High CoS
Fully committed bandwidth, guaranteed end to end. Best for real-time voice, video conferencing and mission-critical applications. Pricing on application.

Businesses with an ABN or ACN located within nbn's Enterprise Ethernet footprint, around 1.5 million eligible locations including 240 Business Fibre Zones. We qualify your address free of charge, usually within one business day.
Enterprise Ethernet is nbn's flagship fibre product: a dedicated fibre connection from your premises to the nbn Fibre Access Node, not shared with other premises. You get symmetrical speeds, a 99.95% availability target and enterprise-grade service assurance.
nbn installs a Network Termination Device (NTD) at your premises, typically in your comms room or rack. We hand the service off to your router or switch over standard Ethernet, and can supply and manage the router if you need one.
Plans are on a 36-month minimum term with free standard installation. Relocations require a new qualification and may recontract the service, and in-flight service changes are $350 ex GST.
