What We Do for Your Home
Everything on one account, one bill, one number to call. Plans and sign-up live at mnbroadband.com.au.
NBN & Home Internet
Every NBN speed tier from everyday browsing to Hyperfast, with typical evening speeds published on every plan, unlimited data and no lock-in contracts.
Move to Full Fibre
If your home still uses copper for part of the connection, nbn may be able to run fibre all the way to your house at no cost for the installation, as long as you take a faster plan. We check whether your address qualifies, place the order with nbn and manage the switch. Your current connection keeps working until the new fibre is live.
- Full fibre supports every NBN speed, including NBN 250 and NBN 1000
- More consistent speeds, because there is no copper left to slow things down
- You usually need to stay on the faster plan for a minimum period. We explain this before you order
Enter your address and we tell you whether nbn can upgrade your home.
The upgrade comes with a faster plan, usually NBN 100 or above. We help you pick one.
An nbn technician runs the fibre to your home and installs the new box. We book the appointment and keep track of it.
Once the fibre is working we move your service across and check your speeds. Your old connection stays on until then.
nbn Fixed Wireless
nbn Fixed Wireless sends your internet over a radio link, from a nearby nbn tower to an antenna on your roof. It covers regional and outer-suburban homes, and recent nbn upgrades have made it considerably faster than it used to be.
A genuine option for rural and outer-suburban homes, acreage and new estates still waiting for fibre.
An nbn technician fits the antenna and connection box. We handle the order, the appointment and setting up your router.
nbn has upgraded most of the fixed wireless network, so streaming and video calls now work properly.
The same Australian support team looks after your connection and deals with nbn for you if something needs fixing.
Fixed wireless is only available at some addresses. Tell us yours and we will confirm whether your home can get it, and what speeds to expect.

Home Internet Questions Answered
The practical detail our support team gets asked most.
Use the address checker on this page. It tells you what type of NBN connection your home has, whether you can upgrade to fibre, and whether fixed wireless is an option.
Yes. When you order a SIM Only plan, tell us your current number and provider and we move it across, usually within a few hours of your SIM arriving.
No. NBN, fixed wireless and mobile plans are all month to month. A fibre upgrade may require you to stay on the faster plan for a minimum period, which we explain before you order.
Tell us your new address and move-in date and we arrange the connection before you get there. Your mobile stays exactly as it is.
