CBD Metro Ethernet, on wholesale terms.
Dedicated metro fibre across 1000+ buildings in the Sydney and Melbourne CBDs, supplied to you at wholesale so you can sell it to your own customers under your own brand.
Our Fibre, Your Customer
The same metro fibre we sell direct, supplied to you at wholesale rates so the customer relationship, the contract and the margin are yours.
Most partners come to us because a customer has outgrown shared broadband and needs a dedicated, symmetrical tail into a CBD tenancy, and building fibre to one address is not a business they want to be in. We already reach the building.
You take the service at wholesale, put your own price on it and sell it as part of what you already supply. Your customer signs with you, is invoiced by you and calls you. We never appear in the relationship, never quote your customer and never approach them.
Underneath, it is the same carrier-grade network: dual 100 Gbps paths out of every CBD zone into diverse data centres, on the shortest routes to the major clouds and exchanges, monitored around the clock by our own engineers.
- You sell and priceYour brand, your quote, your margin. We never contact or quote your customer.
- You invoiceYour invoices, your terms. We bill you wholesale, once, for everything you carry.
- You do level 1 and 2First contact and triage stay with your desk, where the customer relationship already lives.
- We build and run the tailFibre delivery, building access, carrier coordination, capacity and monitoring. Level 3 escalations go to our NOC.
A Dedicated Fibre Product You Do Not Have to Build
The service is delivered under your brand, on your paper, at your price. Your customer signs with you, is invoiced by you and calls you. We never appear in the relationship and never approach them.
You buy at wholesale and set the retail price yourself. Rates are shaped by volume and term rather than published, so you are not selling against our own price list.
With our fibre infrastructure partners we reach more than a thousand buildings across the Sydney and Melbourne CBDs and surrounds, so a tenancy your customer is moving into is usually already on-net.
Take clean layer 2 point-to-point and multipoint services and route them yourself, or take a layer 3 handoff and let us do it. The same tail supports either.
Dual 100 Gbps paths from each CBD zone into diverse data centres, on the shortest routes to the major clouds and exchanges. Redundancy your customer does not have to design.
A direct line to our wholesale support team in business hours, plus 24/7 level 3 with our NOC and design help on the quotes worth winning. Your desk stays the customer's only point of contact.

Where Metro Ethernet Wins the Deal
The situations where a dedicated tail is the difference between winning the account and quoting best effort against someone who is not.
A dedicated, symmetrical tail into a CBD tenancy for a customer who has outgrown shared broadband and cannot tolerate contention.
Layer 2 links between a customer's offices, or between an office and their rack, with no public internet in the path.
Connect a customer's premises straight into their colocation footprint or a cloud on-ramp, without hairpinning through the internet.
High-capacity paths for replication and backup windows that would swamp a shared service.
Uncontended bandwidth for a customer whose contact centre or conferencing cannot ride best-effort.
Reach buildings and CBD zones your own network does not, without trenching to get there.
Wholesale Metro Ethernet Questions
What partners ask before they put it in front of a customer.
Yes, that is what this page is for. Wholesale Metro Ethernet is sold to you to resell: your brand in front of the customer, your contract, your invoice and your margin. We supply and run the tail and stay out of sight.
Wholesale rates are not published. They are shaped by volume, term and the specific building, so we quote them on the rate card rather than on a public page you would be selling against. Tell us the addresses and expected volume and we will come back with numbers.
Send us the address. We confirm building access, available speeds and lead time free of charge, usually within one business day. If it is not on-net we will tell you what a build would involve rather than leaving it open.
Cloud Connect, Layer 2 Data Centre or Layer 3 Internet. Take clean layer 2 and route it yourself, or let us hand you a routed service. Everything aggregates back to wherever you already interconnect with us, so a new customer tail does not mean a new interconnect.
500 Mbps to 100 Gbps, symmetrical and uncontended, and bandwidth can be scaled for a month or for the whole term where a customer has a seasonal or project peak.
You do, for level 1 and level 2, which keeps your desk as their only point of contact, with our wholesale team behind you in business hours. Level 3 escalations go to our NOC 24/7, along with carrier coordination and building access issues, engineer to engineer.
Yes. Metro Ethernet sits under the same partner agreement as whitelabel nbn, nbn Enterprise Ethernet, dark fibre, wavelength, IP transit, voice, hosting and colocation, and arrives on the same monthly invoice.
The product is the same fibre and the same network. The difference is the commercial relationship: the business page sells a service direct to an end customer at retail prices, this one supplies it to you at wholesale so you can sell it on under your own brand.
Send us the address, we will tell you if it is on-net.
Building access, available speeds, lead time and your wholesale rate, usually back within a business day and free of charge.
