Whitelabel Broadband

Your brand. Your customer. Our network.

Resell nbn, Opticomm and Community Fibre under your own name at reseller rates. Qualification, ordering, upgrades and fault logging are all online, and there is no network to build.

The Model

How It Works

You sell it, support it and bill it. We run the network behind it and stay out of sight.

Whitelabel Broadband is the simplest way to become the internet provider for customers you already look after. You buy at reseller rates, add whatever margin you decide on, and invoice the customer yourself. The service carries your brand from the first address check to the final invoice.

There is no IP addressing for you to manage, no ASN to apply for, no NNI to order and no BNG to run. Services arrive fully routed on our core, with a public IPv4 address and native IPv6 on every one of them, over IPoE or PPPoE as you prefer.

What you get instead is a platform: qualify an address, place the order, upgrade a tier, log a fault and run a line test, all online, all yourself, at whatever hour your customer calls you. Everything the portal does, our API does too, so it can live inside your own systems instead.

Who Does What
  • You sell and priceYour brand, your plans, your margin on top of our reseller rates. We never quote your customer.
  • You invoiceYour invoices, your terms, your payment relationship. We bill you, once, for everything.
  • You do level 1 and 2You already take the call when their computers stop working. Now you take it for their internet too, using our diagnostic tools.
  • We do level 3Level 3 escalations go to our NOC, in business hours on broadband and around the clock for an outage or a major issue affecting your base. Core network, capacity, upgrades and 24/7 monitoring are ours, as is every nbn escalation, order and appointment.
Supported Networks

Three Networks, One Portal

You are not limited to nbn. Check an address once and the portal shows whatever is available there, so you can win sites a provider selling only nbn would have to turn down.

nbn

nbn

Nationwide

The full residential and business range, across fibre, FTTN, FTTC, HFC and fixed wireless. Our network reaches all 121 points of interconnect, so you can sell anywhere in Australia.

Opticomm

Opticomm

New estates and apartments

Fibre to the premises in housing estates, apartment buildings and business parks that Opticomm builds instead of nbn. Often the only option at a new address, and easy to miss if you only check nbn.

Community Fibre

Community Fibre

Selected estates

Another fibre network serving its own estates and developments. Same ordering, same portal, same support, so it is simply another set of addresses you can now win.

Why It Wins

Why Resell Broadband

The margin is worth having, but the bigger reason is simpler: the people who already supply the hardware and the support should supply the connection too.

One Number to Call

Your customer already calls you about their firewall, switches and computers. If the internet is yours too, they call you for that as well, instead of being passed between you and a call centre.

No More Waiting on Hold

Today you sit on hold with another ISP about a fault you cannot test yourself. When you are the ISP, you run the test in the portal and get an answer in seconds.

Monthly Revenue You Control

You buy at reseller rates and set your own price. It is a service the customer already pays for every month, just to someone else.

Customers Who Stay

A customer who gets their internet, hardware and support from you is less likely to shop around for any one part of it.

We Never Compete With You

Our relationship is with you, not your customer. We do not market to them, we do not call them, and they never see our name on the service.

No Network Team Needed

No equipment to buy, no transit contracts, no IP addressing to plan and no late-night maintenance. Add customers without adding network engineers.

Automation

Everything Is Self-Service

You can do every step yourself, in the portal or through the API. You only need to call us if you want to.

Qualification

Search any Australian address or Location ID. The service class, technology, available ports and every product you can sell there come back straight away.

Ordering

Order from the same screen as the qualification result. Straightforward orders on a line that is already active usually connect the same day.

Upgrades and Changes

Move a customer to a faster plan, change their plan or cancel a service yourself, without asking us first.

Automated Fault Logging

Log a fault against a service and follow its progress. The full history stays on the record, and we take it to nbn and chase the appointment.

Self-Service Line Testing

Run health checks, loopback tests, NTD status checks and NTD resets whenever you need them. Your first-line team can fix the simple faults without escalating.

Everything Through the API

Anything you can do in the portal, you can do from your own systems. Qualify, order, manage services, run tests and receive updates through your CRM or billing platform.

The Platform

The Partner Portal

You get the same portal our own engineers use, with service health, line testing, usage, billing and a full API. These are real screenshots. Click any of them to see it full size.

Qualify and Order in Minutes

Search any Australian address or Location ID. You get the service class, technology, available ports and every product you can sell there, with your rate against each one, and you order from the same screen.

Automated Assurance

Every service shows a live health summary covering connectivity, performance and stability. Faults are described in plain English with a suggested next step, so your first-line team knows what to do before they call anyone.

Line Testing on Demand

Run a health check, loopback test, NTD status check or NTD reset from the service record. Results appear on the same screen, so nobody waits in a queue to find out what is wrong.

Automated Fault Logging

Log faults, questions and service changes against a specific service and follow their progress. The full history stays on the record so anyone on your team can pick it up, and we chase nbn for you.

Usage and Billing Visibility

Monthly data usage per service, plus invoices and charges in one place. Check a customer's bill or look into unusual usage without asking us.

A Full API Suite

Anything the portal can do, the API can do: address search, qualification, product lists, ordering, service management, upgrades and tests. It is documented in Swagger so you can connect it to your own CRM or billing system.

The Technical Detail

The Technical Detail

The parts that normally take a new provider a year to get right are already done.

IPoE and PPPoE
Both. Choose per service: PPPoE if you want a username and password on the router, IPoE if you want the connection to come up on its own.
IPv4 included
A public IPv4 address on every service, and a static address where a customer needs one. Nothing for you to apply for or manage.
Native IPv6
Every service runs IPv4 and IPv6 together from day one, properly routed rather than tunnelled.
No ASN, no address space
You do not need an APNIC membership, an ASN or any IP addresses of your own to start. If you want them later, move to Whitelabel Infrastructure.
Layer 3 handoff
Services arrive ready to use on our network. There is no interconnect to order and no equipment for you to run.
All 121 nbn POIs
Our network reaches every nbn point of interconnect, so you can sell anywhere in Australia from your first service.

Whitelabel Broadband Questions Answered

What partners usually ask before signing up.

What is the difference between Whitelabel Broadband and Virtual ISP?

With Whitelabel Broadband you buy at reseller rates, add your margin and sell under your brand, using our IP addresses. Whitelabel Infrastructure is for providers who want to use their own IP addresses and ASN. Both use the same portal, the same tools and the same support.

Can we bring our own IP addresses?

Not on this product. Whitelabel Broadband is designed so you can start selling without needing your own IP addresses. If you want to use your own, that is Whitelabel Infrastructure, and you can move across later.

Who supports the end customer?

You handle level 1 and 2, because your team already knows the customer. The portal gives them service health, loopback and NTD tests, so most faults can be sorted without escalating, and our wholesale team is behind you in business hours. Level 3 escalations go to our NOC, along with nbn escalations and anything needing a technician on site. On broadband that runs in business hours, and around the clock for a network outage or a major issue affecting your customer base.

Do our customers ever see Managed Networks?

No. The service is delivered under your brand, on your invoice, with your support number. We do not contact your customers, we do not market to them, and we never compete for them.

How does billing work?

We send you one invoice a month covering every service, with the charges listed per service in the portal. You invoice your customer at whatever price you set. We never see what you charge.

Do you support PPPoE and IPoE?

Both, selectable per service. Every service is dual-stack with a public IPv4 address and native IPv6, and static addressing is available where a customer needs it.

How quickly can we start selling?

Once we have agreed pricing and your portal account is set up, you can check an address and place an order the same day. There is nothing to build first.

How do we integrate it with our own systems?

Through our API. Address search, qualification, product lists, ordering, service management, upgrades and tests are all available and documented, so your own systems can do the work instead of someone using the portal.

What speed tiers can we sell?

The full nbn range, from 12/1 up to Home Hyperfast at 2000/200 and NBN for Business at 2000/500, depending on what each address supports. If the portal shows a plan against an address, you can sell it.

What else can we resell under our brand?

Business and enterprise fibre, phone systems and SIP, cloud hosting and backup, domains and DNS, colocation and mobile data. Most partners start with nbn and add the rest as customers ask for it.

Do we need to be a registered carriage service provider?

Selling internet in your own name usually makes you a carriage service provider, which can mean registering with the ACMA, joining the TIO scheme and following the TCP Code. Most partners already have this in place. If you do not, we will explain what usually applies, though you should get your own advice on your situation.

Is there a minimum commitment?

No lock-in contract and no minimum number of services. How many you sell affects your pricing, but not whether you can start.

Ready to start selling?

Tell us roughly how many services you expect to sell and we will come back with pricing, a portal account and a start date.
