Business NBN Plans
The same nbn network everyone uses, set up for business: high upload speeds so cloud backup, video calls and large file transfers keep moving, faster fault repair backed by nbn, and a static IP for VPNs, cameras and hosted services. It runs on our own network, with Australian engineers on the phone when you need them.
Prices are monthly, AUD inc GST. Typical evening speeds are measured between 7pm and 11pm. FTTN, FTTB and FTTC connections top out at 100 Mbps download; plans above 100/40 need FTTP or, for some tiers, HFC. A service qualification confirms which plans your address supports.

An enhanced SLA is nbn's promise to fix a fault on a business service within a set time. Every plan includes the standard level, and Assurance plans include a faster one in the monthly price.
- The full nbn eSLA range is available on any plan: Enhanced-12, 8, 6 and 4, each in business-extended (7am to 9pm) or 24/7 operational periods. Ask us for pricing.
- You can add an uptime guarantee: 100% on our own network and up to 99.95% on the nbn connection itself, with money back if we miss it.
- eSLA availability is subject to a site qualification check. Rectification times assume an urban area and are nbn wholesale targets.
