Network Status & Current Outages
Live service status, current outages and planned maintenance are published on our status page, updated by the engineers working the incident.
status.managednetworks.com.au opens in a new tab.
What You Will Find on the Status Page
The status page is the single source of truth for the health of our network. It is hosted separately from this website so it stays reachable even if our own services are affected.
Current Outages
Any incident affecting NBN, fixed wireless, Ethernet, dark fibre, voice, mobile or hosting services, with the areas and services involved.
Planned Maintenance
Scheduled works on our network and in the data centres we operate from, posted in advance with the expected window and impact.
Incident Updates
Timestamped progress notes from our engineers as a fault is worked, through to a resolution summary when service is restored.
Subscribe to Alerts
Follow the status page by email or RSS so you hear about incidents and maintenance as soon as they are posted.
Having Trouble With Your Service?
Work through these steps before you call. Most faults are either a listed outage or resolved by a restart.
1. Check the status page
If there is a known outage or maintenance window in your area it will be listed, with the latest update from our engineers.
2. Power-cycle your equipment
Turn the NBN connection box (if you have one) and your router off at the wall, wait 30 seconds, and turn them back on. Give the service a few minutes to come back.
3. Sign in to the portal
The customer portal shows the state of your individual service, open tickets and any notices that apply to your account.
4. Report a fault
If the service is still down and there is no listed outage, call 1300 626 638 or email [email protected] and we will open a fault for you.
Report a Fault
If your service is down and nothing is listed on the status page, get in touch and we will open a ticket for you.
