Virtual ISP

Be the ISP. We will be the network.

Two ways to sell internet as your own: resell nbn, Opticomm and Community Fibre using our IP addresses, or use your own. Same portal, same tools, same engineers behind you.

Two Models

Pick the One That Matches Where You Are

Two things separate them: whose IP addresses you use, and how you buy bandwidth. Everything else is the same, including the portal, the tools, the support and the fact that the customer is yours.

Start here

Whitelabel Broadband

Buy at reseller rates, add your margin and sell under your brand. You never touch IP addressing.

  • nbn, Opticomm and Community Fibre
  • A fixed rate per service, bandwidth included
  • Our IP addresses, so there is nothing for you to manage
  • Selling the same day your account is set up
Grow into it

Whitelabel Infrastructure

Run as your own ISP on our network, using your own IP addresses and ASN.

  • Buy bandwidth as one national pool, per state, or fixed
  • Your own IPv4, IPv6 and ASN, advertised by us
  • Take your IP addresses with you if you ever leave
  • Wholesale economics without buying the equipment

What Actually Differs

IP addresses and pricing. The rest of the table is there to show that nothing else changes.

What Every Partner Gets

You Own the Customer

Your brand, your pricing, your invoice, your support number. We never contact your customers, never market to them, and never compete for them.

You Do Level 1 and 2

The helpdesk relationship stays with you, which is the whole point if you already support the customer's IT. Our portal gives your team the diagnostics to actually close the ticket.

We Do Level 3 and the Carriers

Core routing, capacity, upgrades and 24/7 monitoring, plus every nbn and Opticomm escalation, order and appointment. Level 3 escalations go to our NOC, engineer to engineer.

Everything Is Online

Qualification, ordering, upgrades, fault logging, line testing, usage and invoices, all self-service in the portal or through the API at any hour.

We Are the Network Operator

Not an aggregator reselling someone else's aggregation. Our own core reaches all 121 nbn points of interconnect, so an escalation stops with us.

One Agreement, One Invoice

Broadband, enterprise fibre, voice, hosting, domains and colocation all sit under the same partner agreement and arrive on the same monthly bill.

The Platform

One Portal Behind Both Models

Partners get the same platform our own engineers use: automated assurance, live line testing, usage, billing and a complete API. These are screenshots from the production portal.

Qualify and Order in Minutes

Search any Australian address or Location ID. You get the service class, technology, available ports and every product you can sell there, with your rate against each one, and you order from the same screen.

Automated Assurance

Every service shows a live health summary covering connectivity, performance and stability. Faults are described in plain English with a suggested next step, so your first-line team knows what to do before they call anyone.

Line Testing on Demand

Run a health check, loopback test, NTD status check or NTD reset from the service record. Results appear on the same screen, so nobody waits in a queue to find out what is wrong.

Automated Fault Logging

Log faults, questions and service changes against a specific service and follow their progress. The full history stays on the record so anyone on your team can pick it up, and we chase nbn for you.

Usage and Billing Visibility

Monthly data usage per service, plus invoices and charges in one place. Check a customer's bill or look into unusual usage without asking us.

A Full API Suite

Anything the portal can do, the API can do: address search, qualification, product lists, ordering, service management, upgrades and tests. It is documented in Swagger so you can connect it to your own CRM or billing system.

The Rest of the Shelf

Whitelabel More Than Broadband

Most partners start with connectivity and add the rest as their customers ask for it.

Business and Enterprise Fibre

nbn Enterprise Ethernet, Telstra Ethernet Access and our own metro fibre, on symmetrical plans with business SLAs, sold under your brand.

Voice over IP

Whitelabel hosted PBX and SIP trunking with local, 13/1300/1800 and virtual mobile ranges, plus bulk porting for a customer base you are migrating.

Cloud Hosting

Australian compute, storage and backup your customers see as yours, in the same facilities as our core network.

Domains and DNS

Wholesale .au and international registrations at partner rates, with bulk transfers and DNS included.

Colocation

Racks and cross connects in the Equinix and NextDC facilities we already operate from, on wholesale terms.

Mobile and Data SIMs

SIM and mobile broadband services to round out a bundle, so the whole connectivity spend sits with you.

The Guide

Everything You Need to Know, in One PDF

We will email you the guide and follow up once. No list, no drip campaign.

Choosing Between the Two

What partners ask before they pick a model.

Which model should we start with?

If you want to be selling this month, start with Whitelabel Broadband. There is no ASN or IP addressing to sort out first, and a fixed rate per service means your margin is set when you sell it. If you already have your own IP addresses, or you have enough volume to buy bandwidth as a pool and manage it, go straight to Whitelabel Infrastructure.

How does the pricing model differ between the two?

Whitelabel Broadband is a fixed rate per service with bandwidth included, and we manage the bandwidth. Whitelabel Infrastructure lets you choose: one national pool of bandwidth for the lowest cost per megabit at scale, separate pools per state so you can see what each region costs, or the same fixed rate per service and we handle it. The pools cost less if you manage them well, and the fixed rate means there is nothing to manage.

Can we move from one to the other?

Yes, and partners do. The portal, the API, the support and the commercial relationship are the same either way, so moving to your own IP addresses is a change of setup, not a change of supplier.

Do our customers ever see Managed Networks?

No. On either model the service is delivered under your brand, on your invoices, with your support number.

Who supports the end customer?

You handle level 1 and 2, using the portal's service health, loopback and NTD tests, with our wholesale team behind you in business hours. Level 3 escalations go to our NOC, along with nbn escalations and anything needing a technician on site. On broadband that is business hours, and around the clock for a network outage or a major issue affecting your customer base. Every other product carries 24/7 level 3.

What can we sell beyond broadband?

Business and enterprise fibre, phone systems and SIP, cloud hosting and backup, domains and DNS, colocation and mobile data. All under your brand, all on the same agreement.

How is this different from a referral or agency deal?

With a referral, the customer becomes the wholesaler's customer and you get a one-off commission. Here the customer is yours: you set the price, you send the invoice and you keep the margin every month. We never appear in the relationship.

Tell us what you want to sell.

We will map the commercials, the addressing and the integration to how your business actually runs, then get you selling.
